I am the president and co-founder of ICDF, which stands for Invent Creative Design Foundation. At the age of 10, I created a product: a custom made, one of a kind, water bottle in the shape of a car. The basis of this invention was to help the youth acquire an entrepreneurial mindset. One of the key differentiators of ICDF is that it helps the youth in pursuing their passion in the field of E’s – Education, Employment, Entrepreneurship. In addition, ICDF is committed to helping the youth pursue a design, manufacturing, and technology path.

The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategy plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors.

Engineering for Bottling Plant
Plant Manager with Impact Alkaline Water. Responsible for the supervision of the production plant, established quality requirements, produced sales, assisted in production, updated and added to the facilities and am currently adding a complete 350/400 bottle per minute filling line. Performed all Purchasing, Human Resources, Quality Control, and Production Control functions. I also assisted in the Production area, Sales and Customer Service in an attempt to stabilize the company. Designed and constructed a beverage bottling plant. Hired and trained a complete operating force. Conducted all sales efforts, performed all HR functions, purchased all materials and managed the operation/production of the facility. Consultant at Coast Beverage Services – Provided various services to beverage bottlers and their customers, such as material and staff sourcing, product and package design and general problem resolutions. Managed operation, sales, production control, warehouse operation, HR and Quality Assurance of a 158,000 square foot facility (five bottling lines) from start-up.

The educational consultant is responsible for advising and providing the non profit with an educational perspective to inform the decision -making process. The educational consultant will be the liaison with designated educational organizations to coordinate and develop the mission of ICDF.
